We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product you ordered. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard shipping, which typically takes 3-7 business days.

Hidden Treasure items are custom ordered. Please allow up to 15 business days for standard shipping.

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. You can choose from expedited shipping methods during checkout.

Lux by Leá has a NO REFUND policy but we do however offer a 5-day exchange policy. For exchanges the following guidelines must apply:

• Exchanges must be within 5 days of receipt (delivery date)
• Exchanged merchandise must be in same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, sellable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable)
• Lux By Leá reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if an exchanged item is in sellable condition.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. 

Hidden Treasure items have a NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE policy. All sales are final on Hidden Treasure items. No Exceptions.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for an additional fee. Simply select the gift wrapping option during checkout and we’ll take care of the rest.
